Having lived in San Francisco for many years, I know and LOVE this
City and its diverse and unique neighborhoods. I think the best
thing about San Francisco is that there truly is a neighborhood
for everyone - no matter who you are or how you live, there is a
place where you can settle in and have the life you desire. And
I enjoy assisting my clients to find just the right home for their
needs and interests.
I am a San Francisco property expert.
I make it my continuing goal to know SF like the back of my hand
so that my clients can benefit from my knowledge. I make sure to
tour a lot of property every week which keeps my expertise of the
local market current and relevant to buyers and sellers. I understand
the dynamics of our market and I know how to strategically approach
a purchase or a sale in San Francisco to get the best results for
my clients. I am well-versed in new construction projects slated
for San Francisco, and I make a point to stay on top of future development
and City planning. I also have excellent relationships with the
other Realtors® in our community, which is a crucial part of
my success.
In January 2005 I purchased my own home in Noe Valley. I understand
first-hand the competitive and complex nature of the San Francisco
market.

and I provide a high level of service, strategic thinking and negotiation
skills that get them results. From the start I seek to save my clients
time and energy by previewing relevant properties, coordinating
pre-sale preparations and leveraging technology to their advantage.
I also proactively manage, negotiate and direct every aspect of
their transaction and always act on behalf of their best interest.
My goal is to gain a client for life, and therefore I take the long
view as to how to be most effective as your Realtor®. As a result,
I have happy clients and most of my business comes from referrals.

I have extensive business experience.
I have an education from U.C. Santa Barbara and many years of entrepreneurial
business experience. Prior to real estate, I ran my own Manhattan-based
business offering marketing, branding and financial management services
to professional photographers. I also worked as a photographer myself
for clients such as Benjamin Moore, Martha Stewart Living and Gourmet
Magazine, among others.
As a result of having run my own business, I offer many skills
which directly benefit the buyers and sellers who work with me.
For sellers, my marketing savvy and strong visual skills are of
great value in our current market, where quality presentation and
proper positioning are key to a successful sale. I also am an excellent
negotiator, a creative problem-solver and I am diligent, detailed
and proactive - I work hard to get my clients what they deserve!

In addition to my work in Real Estate, I also serve on the Board
of Directors for GirlSource,
a San Francisco non-profit that equips local, low-income young women
ages 14 - 18 with life, leadership and job skills to foster self-esteem
and fight poverty. And I give a portion of every commission that
I make to GirlSource and other local organizations that are making
a difference in our community.
