As a Realtor® representing you as a buyer, my mission is to
assist you in meeting your real estate goals and to facilitate the
complex and often stressful process of buying a home in San Francisco.
I am committed to excellence in my work and provide superior service
and support to all of my clients.
Services I Offer to All Buyers
- Meet with you to discuss your needs, analyze your financial
resources and establish achievable goals - to set up an introductory
meeting, please contact me.
- Recommend financial institutions where you can shop for the
best possible financing
- Show you homes based on your needs
- Explain protective contingencies, customary practices, local
laws, regulations and agency relationships
- Draft the purchase agreement for you
- Present your offer to the seller and the sellers agent
highlighting your strengths as a buyer
- Negotiate a fair agreement if the seller counters your offer
- Open escrow for you with the title company
- Manage the escrow period, ensuring all conditions and contingencies
are fulfilled in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract
- Help arrange and be present for all physical inspections of
the property and review the reports with you
- Review the Sellers Transfer Disclosure Statement, title
report and all other necessary documents with you
- Accompany you to the title office when it is time to sign final
closing papers to review them for accuracy
- Provide referrals for contractors, and service providers for
any work you need to do to your new home
- Be the first to congratulate you on your new home and follow
up with you to make sure you have settled in comfortably
