  • Provide a comprehensive market evaluation of your property showing comparable properties in your location that have recently sold and are currently on the market – to request a market evaluation of your home, please contact me.
  • Determine the best listing and selling price; establish Fair Market Value and provide price strategy
  • Advise you on preparing your property for sale so it will show its best
  • Market your property through advertising, promotion, open houses and broker tours for maximum exposure; leverage the Internet and available technology to ensure that today’s savvy buyers know about your property
  • Evaluate and negotiate offers on your behalf with your interests in mind to get the best overall price and terms
  • Coordinate all inspections, the appraisal, as well as escrow and closing; handle all the details and keep you well informed every step of the way
