She really seemed to understand me, and what I was looking for in a house. That says a lot to me because I was very particular about what I wanted. No matter what questions came up, Stephanie was always right there with an answer. She is so knowledgeable about everything it seems from architecture to finance to how I could make my crazy renovation ideas work. When showing us different properties, Stephanie was patient and accommodating to our abnormal schedules. She was also very understanding and helpful when our first bid had to be done by fax machine (100 page disclosure!) as one of us was out of town! She was also open-minded. This was my first home, so I had no experience with the purchase process. Stephanie walked me through every step of the negotiations and buying of my first house. She introduced me to inspectors, mortgage lenders, the title company and top-notch contractors who bid on and then readied the place prior to my move. Every transaction in this process was seamless.

After my close, she has provided me with very good advice concerning a property that I inherited. I asked if she could represent me in its sale. Since it was out of state, she screened and then selected a realtor with which I can work in that state.
