We worked with Stephanie in a kinda complicated situation. She was awesome. She worked her butt off for us and we sold our condo in 3 days and got asking price–at the beginning of the housing bust when we thought it might sit for ages. She has an aggressive marketing strategy and does a nice job of balancing her opinion with what you want. In the end, I think we did everything she wanted…and she was right!
