Pricing is one of your most important marketing strategies and one that we take very seriously. You will choose a final “marketing price” right before your home is listed on MLS. Leading up to the moment we list, we track how similar homes are performing relative to their pricing and keep you informed. We will consider the market climate and the landscape of relevant competition when helping you choose the right price for your home.

Thorough Disclosure

How and when you disclose your knowledge of your home’s condition is actually a part of the marketing strategy! It feels good to buyers when they have a lot of information about a home before they write their offer. In fact, our experience working with buyers has taught us that they are way more likely to submit an offer quickly if they receive detailed disclosures first. So it is our intention with every listing to create a disclosure package that is thorough and well-organized to help buyers write offers. And the best part is, if all material facts about a home are disclosed prior to an offer’s acceptance, then it is much less likely that the buyer will back out of the contract or attempt to renegotiate the sale price in escrow because we have minimized the risk of surprises!
